Company starts production at the D41 oilfield at the Baltic shelf with proved oil reserves of 3.9 million tons.

Production cycle will last up to 50 years. Production is managed from the onshore facilities with two horizontal wells 7.9 and 7.5 km long. Field infrastructure development plan envisages minimum allowed impact on the environment. LUKOIL operates on the Baltic shelf starting 1995. In 2004 Kravtsovskoe (D6) oilfield has been put on-stream. After 2020 D33 and D6 – South oilfields will follow.
