Keeping Promises According to Saudi Energy Minister Khalid Al-Falih, the agreement has been largely holding as supplies have already been cut by 1.5 million barrels daily. As part of its commitment, Russia reduced its oil production by 100 thousand barrels daily. The monitoring committee includes representatives from Kuwait, Qatar, Algeria, Venezuela, Russia and Oman.
